If you feel lost and want some expert guidance finding clothes and accessories that not only fit and suit you but make you feel GREAT about the way you look and reflect the REAL YOU, then come shopping with the style bar and we will show you how!!
The Goal – Look Good, Feel Great!
A personalised shopping trip is all about learning the tips and tricks for your particular body shape that will help you to 1) love what you see in the mirror and 2) make it easy to put an outfit together every time you need to get dressed – no stress, no fuss.
You will learn:
- what style of clothing is right for your body shape
- what colours suit you best and which ones to avoid
- how to put outfits together using different combinations of colours and styles – including simple day to evening dressing
- prints and textures that reflect your individual style and let you have fun with your clothes – without drawing attention for all the wrong reasons
- how to make smart and savvy choices for your wardrobe that won’t break your budget and you can wear for years to come
The Process – Focus and Have Fun!
If we have already met and done a Wardrobe Cleanse prior to your shopping trip, then we will ready and armed with a fabulous list of must-have items to fill the gaps our purge has given us.
If not, before hitting the shops, we will first spend a little time discovering who you are, how you want your clothes to reflect your personality and your lifestyle, and if there is anything in particular you want to find for your wardrobe on the day – or an occasion you may be shopping for.
Based on our list, we will then head off to explore the different shops and boutiques in our chosen shopping precinct, putting our theory into practice and helping you gain confidence choosing.

You will be able to wear your new purchases over and over again in different combinations in ways that will always suit you – and every time you go out you will feel good and be greeted with a flurry of compliments in the process!
After your Shopping Experience, you will receive a summary of Do’s and Don’ts to remind you what you should be looking for in future and help you work your new purchases into your existing wardrobe at home. You can then take this list with you every time you go shopping to remind you what styles, colours and textures to look for.

Personal Style Notes
After both the shopping and wardrobe services, you will receive a summary of our session:
- practical notes and sketches of the shapes that suit you
- what you need to start building up your basic wardrobe
- examples of colours, fabrics and print patterns you should look out for
- what you should avoid.
Also included will be a little fashion insider info on some stores that generally stock the types of clothes that will suit your style and (just as importantly) your budget.
Plus, some tips on what looks are going to be around for the season that you will be able to adopt and wear. If we have taken photos of outfit suggestions then these will be here too.
Cost: AUD50 (or at no extra charge as part of a Wardrobe Cleanse or Shopping Experience)
